We initially called Comfort Masters Oshawa to service our gas fireplace. Technician Derek arrived promptly as scheduled and was very pleasant to deal with. After servicing our fireplace he inspected our HVAC system and advised we were due for an upgrade.
We were very pleased to discover that they were able to do our system install the very next day!
Hakim and his assistant Blake arrived right on time and got to work, while making sure to let us know everything they were doing. They had us feeling very confident in their knowledge and skills. (The only thing I would suggest, is that Hakim definitely deserves a new GREEN truck).
As the work we had done was quite substantial, Comfort Masters ensured a second team of technicians arrived on site to keep work flowing smoothly. Technician Vanae and his assistant made sure all work was able to be completed in one day!
Overall, we recieved a whole new system installed proffesionally and for a fair price.
I would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Masters Oshawa to anyone requiring home comfort services.

Offered suggestions based on his experience. Comfort Masters are a company that provides a great service and our only choice.Thanks again Bob!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The motor on the air handle died in the very cold weather . The guy was super helpful but the cost of the pump and repair was quoted at around $1900 or a new system at around $9600. We borrowed neighbours electrical heaters and did some investigation. Got a motor for $385 - higher efficiency and much quieter. Installation was 5 hours at $85 an hour . Much cheaper and more efficient but you have to be brave and put some work into it - I did feel pressured to make a decision right away . A guy from the company did visit up that night to talk thorough replacing the whole system . I might have caved if my husband has not said he wanted to think about it . That is when we did the research and got a much better deal .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We highly recommend comfort masters. In particular Joseph who drove over 3 hours from his last job to get our furnace fixed and all this after business hours!! He was efficient and showed a huge commitment to his trade. Highly recommend. As well a huge thank you to Brian who provide excellent customer service. We are now all nice and toasty in our home in Stouffville.
