β β β β β I really donβt know how on earth they got 4 stars. The guy refused the change my winter tires because he wanted me to buy his tires for $750+tax. I went to four other places before this guys and they all were fully booked for the next two weeks. No wonder I didnβt see any customerβs.

β β β β β Last week I went to get my summers on. A few days later I am on the highway and hear noise getting louder and louder. When I check it out I could wiggle my tires with my hands. The nuts were so loose I tightened them with my fingers. I could have died let alone someone else. When I called to report this they said that they use a battery gun and don't torck to make sure they are tight

β β β β β Excellent tire shop !!! Super impressed with the service. The crew at Durham tire had me in and out within an hour and that's only because there was a few cars ahead of me. Seasonal tire change over on rims took them probably less than 5 min, great service, great price, definitely will be back.

β β β β β I got my car tires here yesterday after discovering a flat the morning prior. They quoted me for a very fair price over the phone and stuck to that price upon arriving at the shop. They were very friendly, helpful and personable. They quickly got me in and changed my tires as well as balanced them. They also swapped out my bad rim for me and put it on a new tire. My car honestly feels like a brand new car which I'm extremely grateful for. My car rides smooth, no pulling what so ever or shaking.
At the shop there is lots of parking, and I love the new garage set up from the side rather than the front of building like they had it prior to the fire. I find it a lot better and easier to get into the shop and a lot less intimidating. The guys in the garage are extremely nice and efficient in their work. Kudos to you all.
