My car was mint, now the rims need new powder coating. Nice people but they need training on a tire machine.. If you care about the detail of your car this is not the place..
a	alacea brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luv this lady. Got great tires at a good price. The owner is always very nice and accommodating. I’ve bought tires a few times and never had any problems with them. She ever gave me a free cold water as it was very hot that day and 1 for the tow truck guy. I do recommend her to family and friends too.

T	Tanya Cameron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought second hand tires, that where not cheap, for used tires for my daughter's car....After a month I was driving the car and the tire popped...My husband put the spare on; he inspected the tired and we saw it split open; appeared to be tire rot...Thank God this didn't happen on the highway...Took the tire back a few weeks later and because it was 6 weeks they wouldn't replace the tire or even give a discount...We payed 69.99 plus tax fie another used tire....smh again thank God I wasn't on the highway.....The man wanted to do something but the wife refused....I hear that he is very fair but she is terrible....Word of mouth is everything and I'm grateful myself or my daughter was not injured....The wife really needs to be more fair and value her customers

One problem is the older gentleman (owners ex husband or so I was told) that was there starting yelling at the 1 guy fixing my tire ... then said " PEOPLE IN OSHAWA ARE IDIOTS, all they wanna do is rush and we can't do that here" Very unprofessional on his part when he is the one that said he could just pull my truck up outside to get it done quickly. I will not return to that tire shop again. The 2 other workers where great ?

Took car back to Ray and he reblance tires But was still getting a vibration a few weeks later. I returned to A1 and spoke to Ray and Michelle they recheck the vehicle and tires. Turned out the two back tires the belts had shifted. Without any hassle Michele refunded me for all four tires. And put the refund towards 4 brand new tires.At a Excellent price.. Every time I have been around there shop They treat all there customers with friendly respectful service. Ray is very professional and pleasant. And Michele treats you like you are somebody. It hard to find business people Like that these days.. I would recommend A1 to anyone. Thank You For The Excellent Service God Bless.
