The service here is the pits, they are rude and unhelpful. They will not provide service to any tires that are not 100% a stock standard size for the car (Example: Snow tires are frequently +1 or -1 sized for fitment reasons on some cars, they will not help you if this is the case)
If for some reason you still want to buy tires here, be prepared to buy the tires and take them with you (not mounted on the car, just the loose tires!)... Then you have to come back another day at 7AM to wait in line to see if they can install them. No guarantees, no appointments. I'll take my tire business somewhere else that cares, thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would. My Mother booked an appointment for 6:45 p.m. today to have her tires fixed and rotated. When she arrived she was waiting in line to get into automotive. She had arrived before time, however, they refused to give her service and told her she had to wait till 8:30 p.m. to get it done. She left work all the way from downtown Toronto to have it fixed, and not only did they refuse to fix it, but proceeded to lie about when they told her to come in. This is the worst service I have ever seen. This is not the first time we've had issues with this location when it came to it services. I'm deeply disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Job got done I’m happy with my tires and the price I paid but the service was terrible and the hassle I had to go through wasn’t worth it. 2 things to know before getting your tires done here: 1) I asked to order tires and make an appointment in person the lady told me I had to do it online, this isn’t the case though if they tell you this insist to order in person and make your appointment in store.
2) The service took quite long (1.5hr), they spent about an hour trying to get my existing wheels off. Job eventually got done I got my vehicle back they told me I had to come back for a 40km check, no appointment needed just to pull up to the bay doors and they will do the work. I went back today and they told
me I have to park, go line up, get paper work and come back out and wait to get it done. Just a warning for when you go they might require you to do the same. I found the technicians to be very unqualified and unprofessional. Bad experience overall.
