Nice store but returns are slow and difficult. No money back on returns unless your a member even with a gift receipt. It will need to be a great deal before I return to make a purchase With computer tracking I have a hard time understanding why returns are so difficult. The only reason is to make it a pain on customers.

I placed an online order for an AC unit and was hesitant. When I arrived to pick it up these guys had a great operation going. The staff communication was awesome to see, and the way they interacted with the customers myself included was welcoming and friendly. The AC unit works great and this experience changed my opinion about factory direct.

I bought a stove kettle, whistle part broke off first time I tried to use it. The wireless backup camera suction cup mount broke after 3 days even though I only attached it once. 2nd time I got ripped off, never again

Worst customer experience I have ever had. I was yelled at randomly by one of the workers. Terrible attitude. I had purchased an item and called this store in advance to let them know that it was damaged and that I was coming to return the defective item for an exchange. As I opened the door to the store, I was immediately startled by the loud, abrasive voice of a worker behind the cash, who yelled "M'AM, PLEASE GO TO THE BACK OF THE STORE TO DO A RETURN!" I was perplexed, as I had just entered the store, and had not done anything to warrant such an angry, demeaning reaction from the employee in question. She then pointed and gestured in a particular direction, and I turned around to follow were she pointed. As soon as this happened, she began to yell abrasively again: "M'AM, YOU ARE GOING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION!" Again, I was confused and startled by this, and was already well into the store when she had asked me to return to the entrance to enter a different way. I communicated this by stating calmly, " I've already begun walking this way," and thought her loud, angry command was unreasonable. She retorted and continued to yell at me, "GO THIS WAY, YOU CANNOT WALK THIS WAY!" I was so taken aback from her response and felt unsafe, and continued to walk to the back of the store to do the exchange. The young gentleman who had helped me was very kind. He gave me a slip of paper, stating that I would have to go back to the front to complete the exchange. I communicated to him that the cashier had yelled angrily at me, and that I was extremely uncomfortable with her behaviour. He accompanied to the front and completed the transaction for me so I would not have to engaged with the particular employee. As I exited the store, I became more perplexed with her lack of professionalism and bizarre reaction. I felt that it was necessary to communicate this hurtful experience to the store manager, and entered the store again to see if I could relay the situation to someone there. As I entered the store the second time, a manager spotted me and quickly walked up to me with an apologetic expression and stated "I'm going to speak to her, the other worker told me what happened". I began to explain to her that it was not the first time that I had an unpleasant experience with that employee. On my very first visit to the store to purchase the defective product, the employee had made an error during the debit transaction, and I was forced to pay cash. Her managers were also present during this error and thanked me for being kind and understanding of her mistake. I left the store on a good note on that first visit, because the managers had seemed so nice. But on this 2nd visit, there were two other workers near the employee who stood and watched silently as she was verbally abusive. When I went to the back of the store, one of the workers followed and hovered around the area, as if to observe me like I was some sort of troublemaker--the whole situation was ludicrous, and I was silent, quiet, and respectful the entire time. It is reminiscent of the assumptions people make instantly when you are Black, and believe that your Blackness somehow makes you innately criminal. I am so disturbed by the incident, that I had to leave a review to forewarn other customers who are thinking of receiving this store's services.

Full row of seat cushions from top shelf to bottom shelf marked at 19.99 . Wrong price !!! Wrong place on the shelves and rather then them allowing this one purchase at this price clearly marked as such . They went to the shelves with me and changed the prices and said there you go or mistake . GOOD BUSINESS SENSE THERE WAY TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER! Zero stars !!!

Im incredibly happy with my visits to this location. I have bought a few big purchase items; AC unit, vacuum and TV. Each visit was very friendly with associates taking their time to answer all your questions and ensure you are the happiest with all your options. They seem knowledgeable about their products. When I had to do a return it was a very smooth process! Would 100% recommend!

I really enjoy the Factory Direct stores. I have been shopping at their locations for years. Yes they have good deals on TVs and computer stuff , but there's always something different that they feature. This one had a great deal on outside patio umbrellas . Their stock changes so you do have to go back on a regular basis. Staff were friendly and helpful.
