★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tony and his team did a fantastic job installing our new Furnace, AC and Tankless water heater. We had 6 other quotes. Aireone East were one of the only ones who replied right away. What set them apart was the price and quality of service. We saved several thousan dollars. They were able to install our new services within a few days of getting the quote. They disposed of the old units without any damage or mess. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who values their hard earned money and comfort.

Tony was fantastic, he listened to our needs, and found a system that would work great, and fit into our budget. The quality and quote could not be beat my any other vendor. On top of that Tony reached out to a few times post installation to check in on how everything was going. Installation team was fantastic. They did amazing work, kept a spotless job site, and ensured the space was left perfect. I highly recommend the Aire One East team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using Aire One East for over a decade. They have been responsive and professional during all of my interactions over the phone and in-person. Aside from the constant professionalism, I never feel like their technicians are trying to sell me on items/services I don't need.
For example, I called them once for service because the furnace would only turn on the blower but not the heat. The technician called me back to ask me some questions. She suggested if I was comfortable with it, I could check and clean the flame sensor with steel wool because that was likely the issue. She could come out and charge $100 to do it if I wanted. Sure enough, the suggestion worked and now I know what to do in the future.
Another time the technician showed me the calcium buildup on the humidifier filter but said I he felt I could get another season out of it. If I wanted, he could replace it right now.
Overall, I've had good experience with the Durham office. Last year the AC compressor was leaking water down the furnace. The technician showed me that it was a blockage and how to keep it clean. This year the technician fixed an incorrect wiring with the humidifier during the maintenance visit. I would highly recommend the Durham office of Aire One.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Aire One East multiple times and are always impressed by how smooth it is to organize quotes, arrange for service, and have it executed without any issues! Lisa in the office is great with communication to arrange the quotes and service and the technicians have been so helpful with understanding what we are requesting and executing the project exactly.
Of special note, the circuit board for our furnace went in January and our house was 4 deg C. Another HVAC company had sent a sales person out and charged us for the part and service and then didn't deliver for several days. I called Aire One and they were ready to get the part for us and install it that same afternoon!

They were actually at my house ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job installing my new air conditioner. I was very pleased with Aire One from the time I chatted with Courtney about the various options on replacing my old AC unit until Paul and Sheil had my new AC fully installed and functioning beautifully. I would truly recommend this company if you want an expert and professional air conditioning installation.
