We called them to find out the time of delivery and they claimed they did not know what they had on their truck being delivered. Found out it was not on there and they could not give us a time or day when it would be coming. Would not recommend if you are wanting a product on time or given correct information.

While shopping, the sales rep (Chris) was friendly and clearly knowledgeable. We ordered what we wanted on a Sunday. By Wednesday, our order had arrived. Amazing. However, there was a slight glitch. The product we ordered came damaged. We only discovered this after opening the package at home. My wife became very stressed out thinking that returning the item would be a huge hassle and a fight. However, after 3 minutes on the phone with the Vinpow employee, the situation was not only corrected, but we we were invited to pick up a replacement that SAME DAY. Amazing customer service. Zero hassle. The replacement was perfect and now we have the bathroom upgrade that we always wanted. We will be purchasing from Vinpow for all of our bathroom upgrades (2 more to go!) and recommending them to friends and family.

I wanted something with tons of storage and this one has 3 drawers and a door (all self closing) which is hard to find in a 30" vanity. The stone top is just beautiful. The construction is very solid. I am more then happy with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality product at a good price.

They have a great selection of reasonably priced bathroom vanities. I was able to customize one to my taste at a price point I was comfortable with. The customer service was also great. I’ve already recommended them to friends and will be back when the time comes to do another bathroom Reno.

Extremely pleased with our purchase of vanity, mirror, tub, toilet and accessories. High quality products at a great price! Staff (Chris) very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. We decided to pick up our tub, toilet and vanity ourselves and their staff loaded up our vehicle so we didn't have to lift a finger. We really liked this place and would recommend to anyone doing a bathroom renovation in Durham.
