Went here for the first time. Great selection. Customer service is 5 star from the 2 ladies that helped me. Sia is super cute ? 5 stars

Terrible customer service experience. I wanted to exchange an item purchased at Bed Bath online (it was a baby item) I wanted to exchange for some BBQ utensils and was told because it was a baby product I was returning I had to go to BuyBuy Baby instead. I had my 6m old son with me and if anyone else knows, errands with a baby are never easy and neither is navigating parking in either of those plazas. I therefore got a full refund and will avoid shopping at either retailer in the future to avoid any further headaches and inconvenience.

I was looking at all the ninja pressure cookers! the store did not have prices on all the display models. I asked a worker to get me a price but after looking on two of their computers the web site was down. A man took over and he was a piece of work giving me excuses why a price was not on items and all the items did not have a display modal to look at because the company did not send him one so i was not able to inspect the buttons and the quality of the inside pan and features. The boxes are huge on a high shelf and the French side of the box was facing me so i could not read what functions the appliance was able to do. I did not ask the guy because He would make more excuse why his job was not done and why his store was in disarray. He was rude, telling me that the pan was not interchangeable when I told him I did not like the coating i wanted stainless steel. They offer stainless steel for the ninja on Amazon for $50 and other accessories like dehydrator racks. He kept harping on the fact i did not like the coating so he did not want to let me see other modal that was in a box that had no display models. He had a rude obnoxious unhelpful attitude towards me as i was shopping and comparing the qualities of different modals. It felt like pulling teeth. I believe his name was Sayal. Not a very welcoming to customers full of excuses and rude temperament. I don't plan to visit this store anymore I will go to another location. Other times I visited the service is bad, the prices missing or extremely high and no one to be found for assistance. I will go to The location in Markham on Hwy 7 as i always visit going to my Asian Food Mart. Don't need to be miss treated for discerning quality and comparing functions. It's my money and I deserve to get the best quality when I do my do diligence, without some lazy employee giving me flack as I compare and access what is available. If you don't like your job find one that does not deal with people if you can handle being nice to them!

My first visit to this location in Whitby. Store in well stocked with plenty of household items. Each department has lots of inventory. Well organized and friendly services are available. Great location off 401 East.

They have a massive store here with a variety of beautiful stuff from the bedroom sheets to kitchen appliances to bathroom essentials. The staff there are nice and helpful. I went there to look at some plates not too deep not too flat, but didn't find what I was looking for.

Amazing to have this location in the city of Durham ! Lots of cool and fun items at good bargain price

I went into this store looking specifically for Willow and Bee flannel type sheets. They were for my elderly mother who just loves the comfort they provide. Being Spring they didn't have any flannel, in the brand I wanted, so a lovely sales representative asked if I would like her to look on the computer. I told her I had looked but I'd appreciate her doing so. She found exactly what I was looking for! Not only did she find what I wanted but she maximized my savings with store coupons. It's this kind of service that keeps people coming back. Way to go BB&B for hiring such an awesome employee. I wish I would have paid more attention to her name tag so I could have given her recognition here but if she reads it I'm sure she'll remember as it was during that horrendous storm that blew through Durham on the 21st of May.

Love the staff on the floor. Our smoothie blender broke that day and so, we wanted to get Vitamix. We arrived 10 minutes before closing and we asked for the brand but we were confused a out the model. Though the store was closing soon, she explained all the models and gave us the correct advice buy the right one for us. 3 of them waited for us to get our billing straight and still smiled even though they were over time. Thanks for going above and beyond for customer service. ? ?
