★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our saleman Courtney was excellent. He answered all our questions about vinyl plank flooring and gave us a wide range of product and price ranges to choose from. To top it off, Courtney arranged to have the flooring put in on a Sunday so it could fit in our timeline. The installers we terrific and did an excellent job. We would definitely go back to Alexanian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in to buy an area rug and had super friendly and professional service so we ended up getting blinds too! Courtney was super patient and knowledgeable when measuring the windows and providing suggestions! Courtney checked in throughout the process so I was never left wondering about timelines or next steps. The gentleman who installed the blinds was also very friendly. The blinds look great! (So does the area rug!) 10/10 would recommend!

We were fortunate to have Chris as our salesperson and he went out of his way to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our carpet choice. The installers arrived on time and did a great job.

He was very responsive to emails and attentive to details; which simplified this typically tedious task. Sam installed the runners so efficiently while really taking the time to make sure everything was perfect. We are very glad that we found this amazing team for our renovations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store with a good selection of flooring which we were able to chose a beautiful carpet & underlay for the bedrooms & hallway. The carpet looks good and feels good too and really compliments the upper level. The salesman, the staff and the carpet fitters are excellent people to deal with. All in all it was a great experience, and we couldn't be happier.

The store offers a huge range of carpet choices, and Chris is knowledgeable, courteous, and goes above and beyond to help his customers make good choices. He was so helpful to us, providing multiple samples and extra help, he spent lots of time with us and as a result we have the most beautiful area carpets and custom stair runners. We recommend Chris and Alexanian without hesitation!
