★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michel helped me refill a color and a Black cartridge. When the color would only release 2 out of 3 colors I took it back and he worked on it to try to get the air bubble / blockage to let go. In the end he subbed in and extra one they had laying around because it was taking too long to fix mine.
Very happy customer. Great service!! And at under 30$ to refill color and black why would you ever buy new ink cartridges again!? IF you own an inkjet printer make this your first stop when you are running low or start getting prints with one color missing.

We've tried for over a week to contact them via phone (no answer!) and by 2 email addresses, plus their online contact form. No response. Finally had to contact our credit card company to have them charge back the purchase amount. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my black ink cartridge refilled, the service was quick and they let you know of the price beforehand. Did not know of this refill place in the city, no more buying expensive ink cartridges at the store. Printer operates normally, can't tell the difference between this refill and store bought ink when printing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is at the entrance of Bonnie Doon Mall which is a bit different to the exact location. I think they have moved recently.
The service was really good and quick. You can either buy brand new cartridge or you can get your older one refilled within few minutes. Refilling is way more cheaper compared to the bran new cartridges. And its hard to find a difference in the refilled cartridges and new cartridge when you print. Therefore, I prefer refilling is the best option.
