Giving a bad review for employees skipping over me despite me waiting in line, then getting mad at me for saying I had been waiting in line first, while being ignored for over a half hour simply trying to get a card reloaded. I work in the field and know it can be stressful when people are rude and you're overworked and understaffed -- but plainly, there is no excuse for being talked to that way. I hope Staples learns to organize themselves better in-store.

And, apparently they have no photo transfer paper to seek for me to be able to print. Clearly not a full print service here - very disappointing. I didn’t appreciate how flippant the manager was to me either. Won’t be bringing my business back to this location.
L	Leah Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go to Staple stop! Staff is amazing .. very helpful in all sections. I use the copy centre for alot of my office needs. Staff on the floor and cashiers also deserve recognition as they are always willing to assist you in finding the right product, cashiers greet you as you enter the store and will assist in having your box of paper carried out to your car. Quick and friendly services always makes shopping my enjoyable. I have recently started using online pick up and delivery due to covid. Free delivery over $50 or the quick instore pick up is on point. I would recommend Staple for this!
C	Concetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I go to this location and the location on Taunton Road they're a big disappointment their staff he needs to be trained properly. I can't believe sometimes that they're allowing kids to run a store. There's no room for error when it comes to business. And the biggest error is hiring the staff that they have. You need more mature stuff and more knowledgeable. And able to give a little bit more time to the individual person coming in for a print job. The only people they give attention to is when it comes to selling computers are printers otherwise no attention is being spent on the individual needing these small jobs done. I am so disappointed
