★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today to print a resume from my phone and tia a customer representative came to assist me and showed me what to do to send it to there computer in order to print the document, anyway it wasn't going the way she told me to do she gave me a card with the instructions I tried but I didn't really understand or it just wasn't working, she told me she was going to assist another customer and she left and didn't came back to assist me ,she went back after assisting the customer to the computer and ignored me ,but luke came to my assistance and resolved the situation ,I left there getting my documents printed,thumbs up Luke great job well done tia was very impatient and very rude and lack customer service ,she needs to be trained how to deal with customers before putting her on the front to represent the company.
