S	Shawn Starr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this location at 471 Gibb in Oshawa. Jen took care of us for my son's birthday dinner. Super friendly and very attentive. The food was great and it was a wonderful atmosphere. Nice to be out for a change in this modern looking and clean restaurant. I appreciated her helping to make my son feel special and for accommodating us while busy serving other guests. Friendly greeters at the door and servers work as a team by helping each other out. This is definitely the best location I have visited so far. Thank you to Jen, staff and management for a lovely evening.
W	Wanda Coates on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We usually enjoy our dinner at East Side Mario but tonight was not enjoyable. We sat immediately and saw our server for drinks. Drinks took a bit of time. Tables that came in behind us received their food and drinks before us and then we got appetizers with our meal because they were all sent to the kitchen at the same time. Asked for second soup and salad but they didn’t arrive before the meals. My soup and meal were not hot and our server seemed to pay more attention to the younger tables and not the families or older people.
D	DeepDishSpecial on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe they were short staffed so took a while for us to get served. Food was decent, nothing too special. They also ran out of cheesecake as we wanted that for desert so ended up skipping out on that.
T	Terri-Lynn Watson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went tonight for dinner with the kids and husband. We were greeted and seated very quickly. However the service past that point was not good. Took about 15-20 minutes seated to get drinks. Almost skipped my husband in ordering… we waited probably an hour before getting our meal which my husbands was completely wrong so had to wait for proper plate and my sons plate was completely missed. Our one daughter ordered a drink and proceeded to tell her oh it’s gross you won’t like it other kids haven’t. ( she very much enjoyed this) my husband had ordered 2 glasses of water one for each of our daughters and they never received them. He had also ordered a glass with his beer and the glass he received was filthy. I after finishing my drink had seen how dirty the glass was. Other servers were being loud and slamming things at the bar quite loudly. The service was not at all what I would have expected to receive in a restaurant. I will not be returning to this location.

Our server David did an excellent job for only being on the job for 5 days. He made sure we always had drinks and bread. I give 5⭐️ as it was busy. Thank you for the great meals.
