โ โ โ โ โ Came to replaced my battery watch and service was quick and efficient. They always tell you to be careful with the water resistant as they do not cover it. Thus is based on your choice, your own risk if you want to use your watch while showering or swimming. I do it and doesn't get damage.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited today. Dec 2nd. More people were lined up for the Watch service/repair than other areas of the store. Stock is very thin. Many winter coats and jackets. They must be expecting a run on outerwear. Many sale racks with out of season, one remaining, mark downs. Lots of brand names missing. Many sections without sales staff. Prices missing on tags and nobody available to ask..... You would think that December would be an important sales period. If they are this slow now, imagine what it will be like in January. I really don't know how much longer they can justify keeping this walk-in location. They have changed Managers but stock and service does not improve.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered a $400 painting for my new home in late October and told them I was moving on December 1st - they assured me it would arrive before the move. In the beginning, I insisted on picking it up in the store (it was in stock at the warehouse) but they said they HAD to delivery because of Covid. It never came to my new address, and I'm now 6 phone calls later in January with no painting. When I didn't receive it, I called to change my address (different province) and tell them to send it there instead, they said no problem. They said they'd call me with a delivery date but never did, a month later when I called in, they told me no delivery had been scheduled, nobody had even submitted a request. The lady said it would be delivered to my new address two weeks later and I was okay with that. Someone called me to confirm the address several days before the delivery, they had the right address. Closer to the delivery, we called to confirm the delivery time and address - they confirmed everything again. ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY, THE DRIVER CALLS ME WHILE TRYING TO FIND MY OLD ADDRESS! I couldn't believe it. All of those calls for what? Total waste of time, so I asked for a refund, they told me I'd receive an email 24-48 hours later. 10 days later, I call in after not having received an email, they tell me the same thing, 24-48 hours. That was this morning. Hopefully I can put this whole situation behind me, because it's been a total joke trying to deal with this company's level of incompetence. Everyone has been foreign on the phone (low score in customer service) and there's been no sign of communication between departments! Overall awful experience. Never buying from them again.
