Watch out for places that use this parcel service, unless you enjoy getting rude service from the delivery driver. I missed the call from (Gilbert) and I understand how frustrating that is for delivery people, However I have work,I have a right to still order online, Not my fault. My package also said it would be expected to be delivered on a day I was off which I try my best to do. However because of the holidays or covid whichever one there was delays and it was out for today. Since i was at work during the delivery i missed the calls and the text but once i had a break and could see my phone i messaged and called back right away. I was nothing but nice and apologized for missing the calls, we had agreed she (gilbert) would deliver the parcel to my fiance tomorrow (december 30th 2020) instead, I provided his number for her to call and be let in, which she obviously decided she was going ahead and deliver tonight, she called and yelled at my fiance and continued to be rude while delivering the package. If this is the standard service for this company it's not very pleasant or professional. No one deserves that kind of treatment. I would give this place no stars if I could.

Please use literally any other company. They have no customer service abilities and are terrible for your company’s image. Seriously the worst I have ever experienced!

Avoid using when u can, No doorbell or knock and left a package at the front door with around $200 of stuff inside. Could have at least put it at the back door(since there no gate and be out of view from the street) Why does best buy say we try to 2 times and if we miss u it be cancel if all they do is leave in at the door. To the Owner do u have an email i can send the info to?

The service is terrible. My husband was home and I was at work when the delivery was attempted two days on a row. They did not bother to buzz in any occassion and updated status as "no access"! The delivery person sent an sms for picking the package up. I called customer service to verify the address and they said they don't have thst option due to Covid-19! And it seems like I am supposed to pick it up from delivery person's home!. The article iinside is from Marks worth more than 200 dollars. They (Mark's) should use a better courier. This one seems like work for free.

How can I give a 0 star? I provided the photo to prove they sent my package to a wrong place, however, TForce has deemed my parcel being successfully delivered, Lier!

I would give 0 for reviews if there is an option for that. The Worse experience with a carrier I've ever had. This company have to investigate what's going on with their people who are doing delivery. I didn't get my order and then was surprised in tracking informations that they mentioned that they had no access to my place on december 15th (wich is not true), then it was again mentioned on the online tracking information that my order was out for delivery on december 20st and on december 21st but nobody came to my place or used my buzzer (we have cameras) or texted me or called me about my order then they returned it to the company I ordered it from, at the same period of time I had other items delivered to me by other carriers and I never had any issue with delivery before. Customer service is bad also, still waiting for their manager to call me after I complained.

Absolute worst delivery service I’ve ever had to deal with. Attempted delivery twice with an β€œunsafe to deliver” with no explanation or help from their very limited ticket system. Had to search through reviews to find a phone number to call and inquire about a pickup option instead of dealing with the drivers, only to get told that they have no pickup options. After several tickets, finally got to give them instructions to just leave the package, but they have yet to deliver still. Will be avoiding Tforce for any and all of my future online orders.
