โ โ โ โ โ I brought my 8 year old son who is a special needs child and super obsessed with rainbow and tie dyed stuff. The staff whose name is Juju (Julia) - is an absolute delight! Very patient, on the ball and has given my son some choices and she is amazing!!! We will definitely come back in this store for shoes and bags. What a great place to shop! All the staff are amazing too!

โ โ โ โ โ Had the best experience shopping here last week. They were extremely busy as it was the back to school rush. Even with limited staff, I was greeted within seconds of walking in the store, and my daughter was trying on shoes within 5min. Both gentlemen that served us were so polite and helpful. I had previously been to two shoe stores in the mall before this one. Both stores I had to ask for assistance after waiting almost 10min. and we felt like we were a burden. Next time Journeys will be the first store we go to! Bonus that the shoes we wanted were on sale too! Thanks for a great experience.

โ โ โ โ โ I was at the store today for my friend who was looking for a pair of docs and there was amazing service from Dan the store manager and Kendall! They were both great supports when my friend was trying to get her foot into the boot, Kendall even went as far as to help her slide her foot in! And Dan was the best cheerleader on the side!
? Absolutely the best service everytime I'm in the store. Great team working there!

โ โ โ โ โ Had such a wonderful experience at Journeys today. Jade was amazing!!! She was so friendly and attentive. Answered all our questions and was super helpful. After walking through several shoe stores, Jade certainly won us over with her customer service. She offered suggestions that helped us pick the perfect shoes.
The customer service here is exceptional and refreshing. We will definitely return soon for more items.

โ โ โ โ โ The entire employee crew was amazing here! Liam was awesome, he helped out my mom and I with an order for some shoes for her and he was so personable and kind. I'd recommend going to the OC journeys just because of the employees!
