Only to be told not good enough and will not be able to enter the store to shop. I was treated with indignity, disrespect and felt like s criminal. My civil rights destroyed right at their door. Shame on Melanie Lyn...
K	Katlin Ashby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars if possible, I tried to go in this store yesterday with my mom and sisters and didn’t get two steps in the door before they INSISTED that we use their hand sanitizer. Now myself and my mom have a skin condition and can only use certain hand sanitizers and when we pulled our own out to use they said they wouldn’t allow us in unless we used theirs as well. I understand being cautious because of COVID but you cannot force customers to use only your hand sanitizer, allergies and other conditions should always be considered when working in customer service and we did not appreciate the way the associates at Melanie Lyne Oshawa Center treated us.
L	Linda Langlois on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase a winter coat when I open the bag after getting home I notice buttons missing returned it to store got another coat worn 1 time to get groceries as I got back to car went to button up my coat but nope button fell off For the price over 200 dollars think I am just going to return it for a refund Won't be shopping there again very pricy cloths but if things fall apart that easy Don't want it.

One employee on dec 27, 2021 around 8:30pm followed me around the store and kept bothering me to ask oh nothing has caught your attention yet, I was in the store for only a minute at the time when I was asked. The employee stayed two feet distance with me while hiding around and shuffling hangers to make it seem there was something to be done, I was socially profiled. Also to add I was the only customer in the store throughout my visit.
D	Denise Rogers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving it a 4 because my first visit to this location I wasn't spojen to by any employees as they were all chatting with one visitor. 2nd visit one associate assisted me and when the item I selected didn't suit me she didn't offer to give suggestions about ither items. So I asked another associate and purchased quite a few items. All the associates at that location should assist customers properly.

I walked through the store and had one associate acknowledge me, although she gave me a look over from head to toe. I was wearing my tiling clothes. I walked past 3 other associates who were more concerned about how many dresses they were going to sell. Needlesstosay, I left and had a much better experience at Laura. Thank you!
