★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this location are terrible along with the manager alex. They have no fitness backgrounds with no fitness experience.. The change rooms are always dirty. I highly recommend a different gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took money from us for 2 months without permission and refuse to give it back after being told a week before that a refund was on the table since they messed up… if I spoke to a manager. Good life is a scam, and a joke. Please find a better gym, there are much better ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice size gym with decent equipment and a great turf area with slides. Has underground parking which is amazing in the winter or when the weather isn't great out.
As it's below oshawa centre you can get some shopping done as well

If you are looking to work out without the gym always being packed this is an amazing location for that as they have tons of the same Machines so you can always find what you are looking for :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great gym and location, this is by far one of the best layouts of all the gyms I've been too. The staff are always nice and professional, and they remain calm, even when obnoxious people complain about the procedures of the gym. I love that this gym is adding more fitness classes and times, as we continue to open further.
The managers, Alex and Lee are so pleasant and always there to help their patrons.

They went out of their way to give me a great experience and Brianna was able to help me settle a past balance from 2018 after I had a knee injury and wasn't able to continue my membership. Flash forward to today and now able to set up a new membership without costing me anything extra. I'm really impressed with the staff and highly recommend seeing Brianna directly if you get the chance. She was always very friendly and getting me acquainted with the set up of the gym and programs. I can't say enough good things about this gym. Very spacious and clearly new equipment, clean. Everything you could need in a gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended three classes this past week and absolutely loved it! My first time ever doing Body Pump and the teacher, Nikki, was super motivational. She made an effort to engage with everyone in the class and had a very uplifting spirit. Her positive energy had me feeling amazing even though I was struggling to keep up! It’s way harder than it looks! The gym is also super super clean.
