Verona Suits

Came here for a super last minute wedding suit. I showed the man there the colour of my guest's dress and he immediately found an amazing suit within my budget that matched perfectly. I was in and out in 15 minutes with exactly what I needed! The worker was clearly experienced and very helpful. He made my shopping experience a delight and thanks to him I'll look great at this wedding!

Was just there for wedding shopping, I don't know the manager of this location's name but he was phenomenal, sales-wise and customer service-wise. Loved my experience there, would one hundred percent return especially if that manager was in again!

Amazing service, was looking for an affordable suit and the gentlemen working helped me fine one in my size, gave me suggestions for alterations as well! excellent service and very happy with the quality especially for how much I paid!

My Fiance and myself went to the top suits stores in the GTA and got rush service, lack of inventory or some other BS of why they couldn't provide us with a suit. Came across this store randomly in Oshawa mall. My Fiance told the yonge man what he vision and our budget and he made the vision come to life. No excuses. Didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying unnecessary things. Hands down the best and easiest service I have experienced.

It's a beautiful store with very nice looking items so I suggested my teenage son go there to find a formal shirt. He is tall and slim so it is challenging to find proper fit and its for a formal occassion so I wanted him to go to a specialty mens formal wear store with a salesperson who could help him find the correct sizing. He got to try on multiple "sample sizing" shirts in the store and had one on one help from a salesperson because it was early afternoon and the store was not busy. He ended up purchasing a fairly ordinary looking plain white dress shirt for $90, but he liked it and was excited about it so that was fine with us. However as soon as he tried it on at home to show us his new shirt, we quickly realized it was at least 3"-4" too big around the neck, and the collar became crumpled and folded over with the necktie, frankly it looked quite ridiculous. We immediately took the shirt back to return it in brand new condition and with all packaging and receipt. But even though it was within a couple hours of purchase, the store refused to accept the returned item, their policy is no refunds, exchange only, no exceptions. Given that our son had tried on many shirt sizes there, and this was presumably the best fitting size they had, we were doubtful that any other shirts in the store were going to fit any better. In my opinion it is very unethical for a salesperson at store specializing in formal wear, to sell a teenage boy a very poorly fitting dress shirt fully knowing that it's not returnable. I am very dissapointed both in his purchase, but even more dissappointed in the uncaring attitude of the salesperson and manager at the store. We nicely asked for a refund, but they will not budge on their no return policy regardless of the circumstances. The salesperson even claimed that their payment system literally cannot give refunds (BTW this is NOT true at all, I have used the same POS terminals before and these merchant terminals can always issue a refund - I even offered to show them how easy it is to issue a refund using their terminal, they declined my offer to teach them lol). DO NOT buy anything here unless you are absolutely certain of the correct fit before purchase, and make sure you or someone you are with is knowledgeable about how the clothes are supposed to fit, because the salespeople are only interested in the sale they won't honestly tell you if it's clearly not fitting properly.

These are extremely cheap quality polyester or synthetic blend suits marked way way up! Suits do not last and are good for several uses until they start coming apart or fading. I wouldnt suggest buying a suit from here. Better suits with better quality can be found from winners or marshalls for cheaper! Be mindful of your money and dont allow yourself to be cheated with substandard goods.

I had such a great experience shopping at Verona Suits! Customer service was excellent! They are so helpful and I totally recommend if anyone is looking for a high quality suit at an amazing price, go to Verona Suits!!

Be advised the store is very difficult with returns so if you are buying a product you essentially have to keep it. You will not be able to change you mind after you have paid. I visited the store to get a full suit for a wedding. The person I initially dealt with, Hamza was very professional. He found me a full suit with a shirt and tie that fit well, he opened the shirt from its package and let me try on the full suit in their fitting rooms. At the counter I asked him if I could return the suit and tie. He mentioned that if the products could be returned within 15 days so long as they were not dry cleaned and the tag were not removed. I got home later and realized that I already had a shirt and tie that would work well with the suit. I returned to the store with the products in the same condition I bought them in unworn with the tags still on and asked the employee if I could return the shirt and tie as I did not need them. The employee said they didn't have return or refund policy. I asked if I could speak to the manager as another employee had said I could return the product. I then spoke with the store owner, Ahmed. He was obnoxiously rude and made wild accusations that I had worn the shirt to the event and was trying to scam the store, he accused me of lying about what the original employee had said to me and many other things. It was evident that this person did not know how to deal with customer. After spending a considerable amount of time with him I realized that he would not offer me a return. I offered them other resolutions such as a discount on my current product since I was was stuck with it now but the store owner would not budge and kept insisting that I was lying and trying to scam him. Edit: Please see the attached photos. In which you will see the store owner, again show poor customer service. You will also see that the suit and other products are still left untouched, untailored and unworn. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SUIT! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
