Rating was going to be higher until we got to the Urban Planet area and went to pay. The length of time was so excruciating slow. I was 5th in line with one cashier, shouldn't be too long right? There were some kind of issues and it took forever. No call for back up. finally I was first in line and you guessed it 2 more cashiers showed up. Store need to be mindful of this. There are some highly critical reviews here, I really want to believe management reads them .

I waited in line and the lady in front of me was cashing out but had to get more stuff so the cashier let the line build as the lady continued her shopping we had to wait untill she was done???? No pleased i had to watch someone shop before i could pay ?

I’m non binary & other day I was in there getting a couple of sweaters from the men’s department. The two employees watched me pick some sweaters out, and the blonde girl even offered to help - which was great. But then as I was leaving I could hear them talking to one another going “that’s right girl, go back and shop in the girls section weirdo.” And they were giggling while watching me. Unprofessional when it comes to dealing with people, regardless of which section they’re shopping - Doesn’t hurt to be nice & mind your own business. Every other Urban planet I’ve been to has had really friendly staff. I just found it to be unnecessary. Other than that, the cashier was nice & the lines were quick ! No complaints there.

It is well merchandise, organized and clean- supper important for such a big box store with a low price point. The cashier team is always very efficient and patient, I have never had a problem with anything, any pushback or negativity. Thank you

I was trying to find an employee to help me find something but all of them were grouped off talking to eachother about non-work things. And didn't greet me as I tried to approach them. The one employee doing stock was helpful which I appercaited.
M	Mamta Mehra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst customer service ever. I tried asking for one of the employees’ help and gently said “excuse me” as she walked by me. She made eye contact, however kept walking and completely ignored me. I asked again, and she walked by me couple minutes later, a little louder this time. She said “Give me one second” and was never to be seen again. I then asked another employee’s help and she shrugged me off saying she’s going on a lunch break and to ask another employee. Those were the only two I could spot for help. Because of this negligence, I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for and walked out empty handed. I understand the busy nature due to March break but this is no way to treat the customer. Super disappointed.
