Took forever to find after I looked it up online because it doesn't mention its in the mall! Also, it's not a bridal store. I went for a bridesmaids dress. It's a collection of heavily jeweled evening wear and prom dresses. Nothing like a bridal boutique.

Avoid this place at all cost!! My wife booked an appointment here, initially for a person to do her make up and hair. The day before she has to go in, she just followed up to make sure everything is still as planned. Apparently, the lady bailed without even informing my wife... extremely unprofessional. Luckily for us, it doesn’t end there! Owner vouches for anther of her employees who will do just hair. Books us in for 8 am. Great. Wake up 7am to make it on time. Get there 7:45, would hate to be late and make them wait for us. We get there... wait 45 mins... no show.. All phones unanswered. Never Again. Never will I recommend. Waste of time and gas. If you want a RELIABLE and PROFESSIONAL place. Do Not Go Here!! Actually when we were strolling the mall, Trade Secrets was open with their early appointment at 7:45. They looked like they care about customers and committed so do check them out!!

I went in because we were looking for a graduation dress. My daughter found a dress on the clearance rack but it needed to be altered. The saleslady said they would include the alterations in the price. The dress was regularly $199 but was 50% off. Everything was "no problem". These words were said many times. They suggested a corset back be put on the dress. Normally, they said, it would cost $40, but they would include it in the cost of the dress. So I said fine, but I want to ensure the back is closed corset, not open. Yes, yes, no problem. I paid for the dress and notice that it does say includes alterations on the bill, yet they have charged me $40.My bill in total was $158.20 A couple of days later I receive a message saying that the alterations would not be $40 but $60, so I am thinking as I look at the bill, that I will owe them $20. Ok, I could deal with that. They did have a lot to do to make it a corset back. We went to pick up the dress,, but it was made into an open back corset, not closed. So we had to go back the next day. When I did get there it was ready. My daughter tried it on, it looked very nice. So we are going to leave and the saleslady says that they will charge me the $40 not the $60 because of all the trouble. I replied I had already paid for the alteration and you said that they were included. She went into a song and dance about the tailor charging them more money, they didn't realize how much it would be. I said not my problem. If you are going to quote, than you should know what you are talking about or have the tailor look at it. I was furious! But, because my daughter LOVED the dress and it did look nice on her, I paid the $40 and left. I will NEVER go to this store again!! I don't have a problem if they would have said to me up front, the alterations are going to cost X amount of dollars, but they were back and forth. First its covered, then it is not. If you can buy something off the rack from them and nothing needs to be done, you'll probably be fine. But if you need alterations, STAY AWAY or get your own tailor. I just feel like I was being scammed. If your going to charge someone something, these details need to be set out front not after the dress has been paid for. No different than a contractor saying a job would be $500 and it ends up being $1000. Not my problem you misjudged what the labour was going to be. In the end after speaking with the manager, she said she would refund my money, which they normally do not do. I did not want my money back. We wanted the dress. I just did not like they way that they handled the situation.
