★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased online no receipt was sent via email nor with the goods. Tried to one item as it was not at all what was expected. When explained that no receipt was provided Staff advised that was too bad and they couldn't do anything she was stuck with the purchase. At very least they could have provided a telephone number to call and try to get a copy. When calling the 1-844 on their website and tried explaining the situation three different times as each time a call back was promised to date no response ad she is $50 for something she has been trying to return for 2-3 weeks. So much for their Return Policy. Would not purchase from them again! Found the staff in the store unhelpful and off putting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horribly disappointed with the customer service at this location. Made a decent purchase here and while cashing out I changed my mind regarding a particular item and decided to purchase a cheaper version. Upon letting the associate know she became immediately agitated, whether it was due to my last minute change of mind or due to the fact that it was a cheaper item is not my concern. It was incredibly unprofessional and petty. I ended up returning my whole purchase and (shocker) she was even more agitated and dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow I just witnessed the rudest representative in the store. She told us to sanitize our hands before entering which is fine. I get we are in a pandemic but she could have be nicer about it. Then after that she started talking to her colleague saying that apparently she's tired of telling everyone, that we should know the rules, and that we should just stay home. I mean common. It's not like I refused to sanitize my hands OR did I argue about it. Otherwise it would have been a whole different story. I didn't need to hear all of that. That was extremely rude.
