B	Baruyr Baghdasarian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is really good here. I usually get the pork soulvaki combo and it's very good (see photo below). The prices are fair and the service is usually very fast. It's a good fast food joint overall.

I have also contacted them via their website but they have not responded to me yet. I ordered a Jimmy the Greek vegetarian plate and upon eating half of my meal, I noticed a black smudge on my lettuce. Upon closer examination, I realized that it was actually a fly. I was HORRIFIED AND DISGUSTED. I would have thought that this place would have safe food handling standards in place due to the well established franchise.

I ask for the manager to address it because you should always wear gloves handling other people’s food , and the manager was acting like it wasn’t a big deal. There was a Karen in line who also started getting belligerent saying I wasn’t wearing a mask that I shouldn’t care people are touching the food with bare hands. Sorry but not everyone practices good hygiene. I didn’t even buy food because I was appalled by the service. Public health needs to train the managers better.

From some time on, the food is not good, the chicken is raw and it is more expensive. They count the leaves and measure everything. Some of the staff are not nice and what is worst they are not mindful of their surroundings. Today, another girl was trying to reach something and went on top of my salad such that her armpit ended up right on my salad.

Really the slice of fish is smaller than a KABAB.!! I asked the staff if they forget the second piece and they said this is the size which I Paid $14 for... Never again and I WILL never support anyone to purchase anything from this establishment. Total rip off
