Not much collection for purses. I went there to buy purses but I found that online has a wide variety. So I should better buy online rather than visiting a store next time!

Have attempted to call in at least 15 times over the past week with no answer until tonight. Spoke with one girl working in there about a pair of dress shoes purchased just over a month ago to confirm I can return them, she said she isnโ€™t authorized to do so and would be best to call back and ask for a manager who would be returning in 20 minutes which I asked her to tell the manager to call me back and her response was โ€œ no prob, call ya back in 20 minutesโ€. I waited 51 minutes with no call back, so I called back myself. Another girl picked up the phone and I asked to speak with a manager and her response was โ€œtheir is no manager in tonight but Iโ€™m in chargeโ€. I explained that I was specifically told their would be a manager in by 6pm for me to discuss my issue and got the same answer with attitude. Then she asked me what the issue was so I explained to her and she said โ€œcall back tomorrow when the manager is in he will help you then, his name is Kevinโ€ and she just hung up the phone. Extremely unprofessional employees in there, and not at all impressed with a $90 pair of shoes literally falling apart within a month. I get the shoes falling apart isnโ€™t on this store at all, but the customer service given with absolutely disgusting! I wish I could leave a Less then 1/5 rating

customer service was fine but they seem to never have sizes or colours of many shoes in stock. very hard to find a shoe I want when they don't carry the colour I wanted and I can't even try it on in a different colour bc they only carry two sizes. other customers seemed to be have this issue as well as I overheard staff telling them they only have so and so size

If I could give a no star review I would, I am extremely displeased with this store and company as a whole! I went in last week and found a pair of dress shoes I liked (which I needed in two days from now for a wedding), I had a new pair ordered to the store for pickup as the only pair in my size left was the display pair which had a marking/scratch on the front/toe of the shoe, I received an email stating the new pair was ready for pickup but when I got there I was once again presented with the scratched display pair. When I asked where the other pair in my size was, I was told that this was the only pair left........ This tells me that either the company themselves tried to pull a fast one and had the store give me the same old pair that was already there or they did send in a new pair in which someone at the store handed off to another customer b4 I could come in to get them, either way this was my first time buying from ALDO and will be my last, I got a refund and will never trust them again as a customer!

I walked into the store and the first thing I witnessed was the organization of the store and the well dressed associates. The staff are welcoming and are very helpful. One of the staff (I think Tamara) helped me with my transaction last week and gave amazing service!

If I had the option to give them a minus 1000% review I would. Literally the worse associates ever. They are the absolute worse team/ store ever!!! Big time finnesers! Liars, would do anything to get sales and close their sales! Never coming back to your store.

This store and it's staff deserves a minus 5 Star review. They are unprofessional and try to always blame the customer for their mistakes. I ordered a pair of boots online for pickup in store. When I went in to pick up my purchase, low and behold, they were the wrong boot. The girl behind the counter told me "no, this is what you ordered!" She did not even look at my receipt. Just started arguing with me. When I pointed that out, she then said, "oh, they are wrong!" No apology for accusing me of lying and informed my its not her fault. As a customer service representative what she should have said, instead of pointing fingers, is "I am so sorry for this inconvenience!" Again no apology! She continued to reorder the right pair with attitude and I left. They didn't have my size in store and I could not try them on. I ended up not liking them and had to take them back. Well, I tried to return them and got hassled by this same girl only to have the manager come over and take her side instead of processing my return. By the way, I returned the very next day! Manager told me to have customer service make the return he was refusing! This store needs to be trained on how to treat good paying customers. I will never buy anything from this store again. They have lost my business! This is a warning to all other customer. Make sure you receive the respect and professionalism you deserve. I did not. I made my return then was yelled at as I was leaving the store by the unprofessional associate behind the counter. This girl need a lesson on how people should be treated.
