My very 1st pair Blundstone! And, they are NOT cheap. Mandy the salesperson was great over the phone and also in person. The brand was highly recommended to me by both my daughters and my wife; they each have a pair. Though they have to be broken-in, and I bought a half size bigger to accommodate my custom orthotics. What I'm really looking for is safety this winter when comes for walking on snow and ice! But for the time being I will sacrifice comfort, and get use to hightop shoe nuances!

Used a giftcard visa to purchase shoes which were the wrong size. Upon returning them they only allowed me store credit and one of the employees was very rude towards me basically saying "who buys converse during the winter anyway" even though the right size was sold out so I guess a lot of people buy converse all year through!

Shoes, boots and slippers all great quality. Price is good. They seem expensive, but you get what you pay for. I got a pair of Blundstones for my wife for Christmas. So comfortable. Today was a little understaffed. Only 2 on the floor. The wait was a bit long, but I get it. All around, I recommend the store.

I was in the store today to purchase a pair of Blundstones. My husband had purchased a pair in Dec. And received a 10% corporate discount. The salesperson who got the boots for me to try never stayed with me or came back to ask if I needed any help and there was no other customers in the store. When I went to pay she said the discount does not apply. We asked three times for her to enter the discount code into the system to check but she refused and got the Manager. The Manager entered it into the system and showed us it would not work. I purchased the boots the Manager placed the receipt in the bag and walked away. No thank you...nothing. I am shocked that a Manager would behave this way. There is a need for customer service training in this store!

Edit to 3 star: I went back in as the shoes I had purchased were not a good fit. I received good service however it still felt like they could use more staff (or better management over site). I'm not sure if the lack of employees is due to staffing shortage, or the store is not provided adequate hours for the manager to staff the floor during the malls hours of operation. If it is the latter I advise the senior management review the demand on the store. 1 star: Did an order for pick up and was required to wait in the line. Not sure why there is a pick up service offered.

Usually the store is so busy it's impossible to get any help but I had no problem at all. The shoes I wanted weren't on display but when I described them to the sales rep he knew exactly what I was talking about and brought them right out. Instant sale!! Converse mids, hard as hell to find!
