โ โ โ โ โ I went into your store today to buy 4 10lb weights it was a bit of a struggle to bring them to front cashier not a big deal i survived i get to front desk to place them there quickly they were getting heavy the cashier gave me the nasiest look which ok i get everyone is stressed with xmas so i ignored it she ran me thru i paid then throws my bill at me and turns around me thinking...i understand they are weights they cant go in a plastic bag but you could offer a box of some sort or one of the young men that worked there joking and play fighting to help me honestly the customer service was disgusting i wont b back.....

โ โ โ โ โ Awesome and honest customer service from all the employees. Sooooo helpful. Went out of their way far past what they needed to do. These are stores that know what customer service means and I'm not just talking about one location as I've just been to three in one day and all of them were staffed with every single person I ran into being excellent. Ajax location, Whitby location, and the Oshawa mall location, are all staffed with several excellent, go above and beyond and do things for you that only the best customer service people do.
Congratulations to human resources, the folks I'm talking about that have been extraordinary in their customer service, and the people who have trained them as far as their customer service abilities and their knowledge. And congratulations to their managers who hopefully recognize them as the stars that they are.

โ โ โ โ โ Asked for help finding something and someone said they'd get another associate to help me. When no-one turned up I asked again and apparently the guy had gotten sidetracked with another customer. So I ended up just wandering around asking various associates who just sort of gestured vaguely towards the thing I was looking for, which I did eventually find. The gal at the check out said she liked my shirt, though, which was nice of her!

He was kind and did all that he could to help me. Thank you Owen for making my familyโs experience at Sport Chek amazing. I will definitely be coming back for sporting goods in the near future.
