I did my eye exam here and the doctor was extremely nice.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a great experience at Dr. Neil Carvalho and Associates. It was my very first visit, and from the very moment I walked in, I was greeted by staff who were friendly and professional. I went in because I thought I had developed some kind of eye infection that I had been suffering with for several weeks, and the Dr. who examined me, Dr. Pelia, gave me a thorough examination, and her diagnoses was that I have dry eyes. She prescribed me a medicated ointment, and now two days later, my eyes are feeling much better. I will definitely go back there again in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ What a great experience. From the flexibility of the appointments to the kindness of everyone I talked to while I was there, it was first rate customer service. Everyone was pleasant, organized and professional. I wasnโt treated like a patient, but as a person. It was a great feeling.
I would like to personally thank everyone there for starting my day of on a very positive note.

โ โ โ โ โ I attended this eye clinic to ensure that I had no damage as a result of an accident... Dr. Carvalho was very thorough and showed me the diagrams online and explained them to me. Also determined that my eyesite was also fine. This all set my mind at ease. :)
