The owner of this store is so nice until you try to return his over priced jersey. Please do not shop here, you can get these products online or other sports stores for much cheaper without any problem returning it. I'm not surprised to see the same complaint from other customers, also not surprised that the owner makes accounts to give his store 5 stars. HE IS NOTHING BUT A LIAR!

โ โ โ โ โ My father in law loved the Leafs jacket i bought him. Customer service was so helpful and polite. I wish all my shopping experiences were this pleasant and easy. I would give 10 stars if i could. Thumbs up to the manager for guessing the size right as well. That is what i call experience and you can tell he loves his work.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a jersey for my daughter here. Had it sent out for lettering on the back and arms. After we got it back I noticed two distinct frays on the front of the jersey. Not surprising they lined up perfectly to the new embroidery on the back. Looks like they hit the front with the needle. Went back to the store and the owner wouldnโt even give me the time of day. He said here easy fix and snipped the loose threads off with scissors. I asked for some money off the product. He said it was like that when I dropped it off. Donโt trust this guy. Nice to your face until thereโs an issue. If you want a good product donโt waste your time here. Go across the street to Sports Section.

โ โ โ โ โ I am always pleasantly greeted in this store, they are helpful and knowledgeable. It's a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for and I've never had any issues with anything that I've bought. Quick to answer the phone when calling to check stock and provide quick answers.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered a customized Toronto Blue Jay's shirt. The owners wife was sitting on a chair, rolled over the shirt and scuffed up the shirt! Another shirt was going to be made. The owner did not offer a discount and felt creating another shirt was a discount - you know the original shirt the owners wife damaged. The owner also mentioned over the phone that he had two other customers and didn't have time to talk. After picking up the new shirt and taking it home, we noticed the same scuffed up marks as the original. Upon speaking to the owner, he said we were given the new one and the old one was donated to a church.
TO THE OWNER - when you or your employees (or wife in this case), damages a product, you MUST replace it. When a customer is inconvenienced, you offer a discount. THIS IS PROPER BUSINESS. A discount is NOT replacing a damaged item. Poor customer service will not get you return or new customers.
TO PREVIOUS UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS - Sorry you had the same bad experienced as myself, I am in the process of obtaining the government contact to report business providing poor quality items and not fulfilling their obligations and will update this post.
TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS - I have heard many comments indicate this store is selling fake sporting apparel, I am in the process of verifying and will update my post.
Should this post get removed, I have 10 other Gmail accounts and will repost once I have the info.
