Compared to other forever 21 like the Eaton centre, this was actually a very organized store! There was a lot of room to shop and the clothing was pretty much an order. I did find that there was not much selection, maybe it's just a bad season but usually I find lots of things I want.

There is so much clothes here, it's pretty nice how they split up the room from male and female. It's a easy layout and the clothing is a really good price right now! You can also order the clothes you see in store online! The staff was pretty nice too! But that was just a personal experience

I love that this store has reopened but I had a not so great customer service experience my second time shopping here. I'm not one to complain like this but, I went to exchange a top and there was a price difference, they owed me 4$, the girl offered a gift card or I can pick something but "make it quick"then I asked if she could put my stuff to the side so I can continue shopping because she said a gift card takes 24 hours to load the money, she said no. I was shocked when she told me to "make it quick" so I took the gift card instead. I work in retail and I know that she could have put my items to the side and re did my transaction when I was ready, because the transaction was not put through the system complete ly. If you want customers to spend their money here, I'd suggest not telling them to "make it quick".

It was my first and potentially my last time shopping at this location. The fitting rooms were closed so I had to buy the items I wanted to try on. Nothing had fit so I went to the store to return it and was given store credit. However, the cashier placed two 40% discounts on one item and forgot to scan one returned item so I was still owed $25-$30. I went back the following day to resolve the issue and was not given a hard time about it which was pleasant. The cashier did give me back the money for the item that was not scanned, however, she did not fix the two 40% discounts on the one item. I was still owed roughly $10. With that being said, if you are shopping at this location, I strongly encourage you to look over your receipts and make sure there are no errors. I am giving this review a two-star rating rather than a one-star rating because the cashiers were friendly.

I was excited to buy a set of pants and jacket, and within 2 months the pants start to rip just under the left pocket on the seam. It was the everlast slush pants. Disappointing they didn't last long. To bad, I did like that store. :(

The store was good with good collection and stock of dresses. They were also having sale of 50% on most of the items which was a good deal. Things I did not like was that their fitting room is still closed while all other stores have already opened up. Also they have a bad return policy of exchange within 15 days and no refunds. With fitting rooms closed its always difficult to choose clothes and hence you are stuck with them. Otherwise it was a nice experience.

My wife had some returns and exchanges, from multiple online orders, to do in store .... I was hesitant to join her, due to my personal issues, but ended up going with her to attempt additional mobility. After being informed of their returns/exchanges rules, I became angered and regretted joining my wife in store. I promptly asked to speak to the store manager, who handled our situation with professionalism and promptness, she calmed me down and worked with us, instead of against us (like other establishments) she also exhibited excellent customer service and ensured we were taken care of, up until we left the store as happy customers. T. Shepherd (134115) was a pleasure to deal with and treated us as valued customers, she took the time to ensure my wife was extremely pleased during her visit.... I have worked in numerous retail and customer service environments and I can honestly say, T's customer service is second to none and she takes great pride in her store..... she has not only shown us the great type of manager she is, but also retained a customer in the process. Kudos to T for the superb support she provides to her customers!! We will not hesitate to go to this store agsin, and suggest the same to our family and friends.

Good deals, and the staff are super nice and they're helpful in the change rooms. They give real opinions instead of just telling you everything looks good on you for the sale. However I absolutely HATE the layout of the store. It's a marketing tactic to get you to have to go through the entire store to find or match pieces but for myself it makes it confusing and it makes me rarely ever shop here. If you're looking for a place that is well organized and categorized this is NOT your store. If you're looking to examine everything within a store while shopping for clothing and accessories then yes, this is THE place to be.
