They're helpful and all and the store is put together well, my only complaint is their shoe game isn't that strong.. like sure, they get all the Jordan's when they drop, but they're selection of shoes isn't the greatest. I found the the sneaks in the Pickering Town Centre were better.. still a good footlocker nonetheless.
C	Courtney Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lie to people and tell them they have won on raffles and then when you go in to the store to pick up the shoes they tell you they don’t have them for you. That your name wasn’t picked. I spoke to the lady and she even said I was good even had her double check in the back and she said yes and to just come in before 3 the next day to claim them. They are so sketchy. They probably took them for themselves. Plus you try to call the store and you can’t even get through. Been calling now for 30 minutes.

I went in for a return for some purchases I made online and observed abbeys service to another customer prior to me and when it was my turn abbey was great. She rechecked on accuracy and kept it all very professional and friendly. Everyone in that store remained engaged with their customers and was very friendly plus service oriented. ??

I did not want to spend a fortune on shoes he's going to grow out of. Charles helped me find an affordable fit and went above and beyond to give me insight on good basketball shoes. Very knowledgeable and nice to to speak with! Thanks!

A	A R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My recent visit at Foot Locker (May-17-2022), I wasn't greeted when I said hello at the cash after calling ahead to pickup some shoes. But Aiden came from across the store to help me, while the man behind the cash ignored me. Aiden provided excellent customer service to my son and I. I personally want thank him for being polite, professional and displaying a true sense of excellent character. If it wasn't for Aiden, I would have left the store disappointed and angry. 5 Stars for Aiden 0 Stars for other Foot Locker employee.
