Oh also, what other brand of dress pants and collard shirts can I do sun salutations in? I have lifted weights in their business wear lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery is disgraceful disappointing and seems to be unmanageable. Very untruthful, and really it's out of everyone's hands once it's picked up by FedEx from Lululemon. Surely having 2 orders at 2 different times get lost by fedex, shameful, I don't think I should be ordering online anymore.

I originally came in to get one thing and left with two and potentially ordering online once my size comes back in stock. Great job Oshawa! Keep up the awesome spirits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever been treated like you don’t belong in a store? Employees literally ignored myself and my boyfriend for nearly 15 minutes before someone finally helped us. Even then, the girl was helpful but definitely was only friendly when I asked her to order something they didn’t have in stock to my house - knowing that employees work based on sales here, it is clear she was only nice because she was making a sale. She did not offer that she could easily order the items for us willingly, she just said they were sold out of what we asked for.
They treated us like we didn’t exist because I am a mid sized woman and my partner is not the yoga type.
Two stars because the items that I had to go out of my way to ask be delivered to me arrived quickly and well packaged. Next time, I will order online and not give commission to people who clearly think they’re superior to others. It’s retail, and the customer should always be treated as if they are important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to see the store is abiding by the capacity rules, but waited in line for 30 mins on a Sunday to enter the store for a return. All of a sudden a lady walks right up to the front booth and makes a return right on the spot outside of the store.
I’m leaving a 1 star review for 2 reasons. 1) I want customers to know you don’t have to wait in the capacity line for a return, and 2) for Lululemon Oshawa town , please either frequently ask the people in line who’s making a return or put up a sign that says “returns accepted here”.
