C	Cathi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Victoria's secret bras and this location is great. Walked in, thought I found the section I wanted and they didn't have my size so I was walking out. A sales person (I really wish I took note of her name) asked if she could help me, I said no because they were out of my size. She asked what the name was that I was looking for and I said I didn't know but I was wearing what I wanted. She asked if she could see. I lifted my shirt (barely) and she recognized it immediately and brought me to the right section. I left with 2. I'm so happy, they're so comfortable!

Nothing too eye catching, nothing to tantalizing, just a lot of very traditional and conservative solid colors. Other years have been much better so hopefully it's just a one-off for 2021.
B	Beats by Key on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was not there. On December 28, 2021 I was making a purchase and I used a gift card and then payed with debit. My sister then wanted to add on her item so the cashier canceled the transaction and threw out the receipt. She then tried to refund me but didn’t know how. The refund never went back onto my card so we had to pay extra money. They then had us walk around the mall for 2 hours while they were trying to figure out how to put the money back onto the gift card. They also told me that they never too my money and that I needed to wait 1 week to get my refund. I waited the week then I called the store and told them the situation and they told me that there’s nothing they can do about it and that I have to call customer service to get my money back. It is now January 3rd 2022, and I still haven’t gotten my money back.

Having a daughter(22) that loves the clothing and perfume, it is helpful around Christmas when buying gifts for her. When buying for the gf, the ladies ask things like size, style, favourite colours etc, and their reccomendations have always been great. From a guys pov, I have been comfortable shopping here with or without the gf or daughter. I definitely recommend shopping here as opposed to shopping online, as the prices online are much higher with exchange rates and duties are extremely high. If you have to, look online, shop here and see if they have what you want, then buy online what isn't available in store

I went there for the first time last month to purchase two bras and 5 underwear. They all fit perfectly!! I'm more comfortable with them than LA Senza! ???
