H	Hail F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't often get new stock so if you visit multiple times, there won't really be anything different there. They mostly have convoluted board games that would only be fun to play once. I think it would be better if they had either a more frequently rotating stock, or they had more selection of collectibles and the like instead.
S	Scott Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now this is a great store to find family friendly and not so family friendly games , as well as fantastic amount of puzzles for any age and lots of quirky puzzles and stuff to keep the brain sharp !!! Go in and have a peek , you won't be disappointed!!

This store does not have a refund policy. and if it is posted, it is not in a visible area. I made a substantial purchase as a Christmas gift for my nephews. Half an hour later I was informed by a family member that they had already purchased the same thing. I immediately returned to the store to return the items and was informed that they do not do returns. I requested to speak to a manager and there was nobody in the store that day - at the height of the Christmas season. I was told a manager was going to be in today at 11 so I phoned first thing. The manager offered to call "head office" and get back to me the same day, which she did. Head office was not willing to refund. This is not a dollar store, things actually can be well in excess of $100.00. I want people to be aware before you make a purchase, you' better be sure you won't need to return an item. This is ridiculous for a store that sells expensive items. I will ensure to tell all of my family and friends to shop elsewhere.

My son recently discovered chess so I went to Mind Games because they have a good selection of chess sets. My son is a huge Mario fan so I picked him up the Mario chess set. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Probably staff buying them up but it's whatever. Thought I'd share my experience.

They have science illustrating items... Cool things actually. The prices are normal.. Not cheap.. But also not expensive. Customer service is good. I passed through the store number of times and I was always asked if I need some help.... Not in a creepy way.. But in a friendly wsy. They have things for different ages... so I think it is a good place to stop ehen searching for gifts.. If you like this type of gifts.
