★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love making a tour through Hot Topic. In memory of my daughter. Wish the store was not so crowded with product. Busy days you can barely browse product. But I will always make my drop in at most times I buy an item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the store about a week before Christmas. A very nice young lady by the name of Christina helped me out. I had lists for things to get for my 4 younger children for Christmas
Well I had no idea what these things were. Also one of my son wrote cool Anime T shirts.
Christina spent an hour to an hour and a half and helped me with everything
I am so greatful that she helped me. Thank You Christina, you are truly an asset to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of t shirts. Lacking in larger sizes but that's too be expected. Cashier was super fast and efficient and even though it was a pretty busy lunch hour I didn't have to wait. Sales are always great and prices are as expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing variety of merchandise, and very kind employees. The employees greet you when you come in, and they are very knowledgeable when it comes to finding what you came in to look for. The cashier that helped me check out some birthday gifts for my cousin was one of the sweetest cashiers I have ever had. Definitely my go to place whenever I go to the Mall. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants a top tier shopping experience at any store in the OC.

My daughter was having a panic attack and they said too bad put a mask on or they'll call security! Shame on you for your hate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever buy from them online. Absolutely the worst company I've had to deal with in my 40 years. Not only did they completely mess up my order. They weren't even going to cover my shipping costs, and still haven't. They are a complete joke. My order never even came, said it was in my town for delivery and then back to the states. While the other half of my package was delivered. I'm still fighting with them to get my money back. Also watch out for those cheap prices, they're in American. Another way to try and screw you over. Head over to Spencer's if you actually want to get the things you ordered.
