★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zara's stores are always well laid out with lots of room to move around. geared toward women's fashions .Their stores are large .They offer a great selection of clothing some shoe wear and accessories, primarily for women. Located in the Oshawa Mall, It's now reopened with some Cov-id 19 restrictions. Please visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 cents charge for paper bags? Ridiculous. Why is a clothing store charging customers for paper bags to bag their items? Are we supposed to put the clothes on our heads? Grocery stores charge 5 cents per nylon bag but you know you are going grocery shopping and you take reusuable bags with you. What exactly should I do with a papee bag?! Doss Zara want us coming to shop with our own bags? Is that fashionable in any sense?! This js absolutely ridiculous and unbelievable. This review isn't just for the Zara store in Oshawa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I would have given even less then 1 review. Honestly worst place to shop, zero customer service. Everyone is walking and doing things in their own lala land. Nobody is around to even ask a question. The cashiers are even worst, no acknowledgement of any kind of sorts. I do not see the employees being talked loudly by any customer, rather all the customers were polite, but what you get in return is cold attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is nice. Some of the items are overpriced here. But the over all quality of items are good enough. Staff is very nice and kind. Customer service is bit tricky here. Some of the items didn’t have more sizes. But overall it’s ohk to hangout here. Could have been better
