This beautiful lady named Ashley was working and took every minute of her time to make sure it was the right fit. Even when I had to try one the same one twice to make sure. She offered heels and some bling, but I made up my mind and knew this was my dress. Outstanding customer service and I am beyond over the moon with my dress. I cant wait to wear it. Thank you so much Ashely for helping me. You have no idea how you helped me with my insecurities and fears.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile from both Diana and Ryan. I picked out a few dresses to try on. Since I was the only one in the store at the time, both Diana and Ryan were like my personal stylists :). They both were super attentive, and very knowledgeable about how the dresses should fit, and if not, what alterations would be needed to give it that custom fit. From the moment I went to the change room, I didn’t need to leave because they both brought dresses for me to try on in different sizes and colours. I even ended up buying one that I would have never chosen if they had never suggested it. I will definitely come back again. The service was amazing; they were both friendly, personable, attentive but not pushy at all! Thanks for helping me find my dream dress Diana and Ryan!

I don’t normally wear dresses and was quite uncomfortable with trying to find my dress. Diana helped me feel so much more comfortable, she brought me all the dresses she thought would suit me and helped zip me up in each one. Overall I wouldn’t have been able to find my prom dress without her, I absolutely recommend Norma Reed to find your dress, and a huge thank you to Diana for making me feel so much better!!!

Lucky for my son’s girlfriend this wasn't the case. All the lovely ladies where only to happy to carter to ever young lady in the store! Out standing ??? the Patients for each customer and their guest I can not explain? Our intentions were to look but with the service we received we had to buy something! So we bought a beautiful dress and will still get another ? I’d like to say Annie and Alley’s service was of a high end boutique! Thank you for the experience all the young ladies gave my sons daughter? on the purchase of her first formal dress. We will be back to see you for our next occasion. They were both so patient and did not let me make rash decisions that I am well known for lol. My best friend and daughter are in love with their dresses and I couldnt be happier! She was friendly, kind and easy to talk to. I’m not the easiest customer to deal with so credit goes to her for her patience (the problem is my indecisiveness). She showed me all of the options that she thought would be suitable, helped me find alternatives when I needed them, and let me know her honest opinion of each dress. Extremely pleased with her attentiveness. I have to look for my own wedding dress soon and will be back to this location (even though I live in markham). Stellar customer service and excellent quality dresses for an affordable price. Can’t beat it.
