★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to the store 5 times and each time I have always been welcomed and fitted to ensure the bra I am buying actually fits me. As someone who can't buy from other stores it's nice to see the wide selection and the offer to order a size I need. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the mystery out of finding a perfect fitting bra. The store manager helped me and made feel very comfortable and at ease. I am a 60+ year old woman and not used to shopping in specialty stores for lingerie. But this kind woman made it a pleasant experience. I love my new bra & will not shop for bras anywhere else now. I'll happily recommend this store and their service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store itself was well maintained and organized. Taviana - sales associate was lovely and beyond helpful. The product/craftsmanship is superb and exactly what I have been looking for years. European designs and quality at it's best. I will NEVER shop at LA Senza/ VS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with the customer service at Change, and the beautiful Lissi Balconette bra that I purchased today. The sales associates are fit experts! I am impressed by how knowledgeable they are about the products, and how fast they were able to help me find the perfect piece for me! The price of the bra is worth it, when I think of how much money I've wasted elsewhere, on ill-fitting bras. It's better to invest in good fit and quality at Change!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE LOVE LOVE these bras! They last MUCH longer than any other brand and they have a ton of styles to choose from. Superior quality every time and I've been a customer for years now. I have only ever had one underwrire break through the material in the middle and I've owned at least 9 or 10 different bras from this place. If you have a larger chest, this place is especially a go-to! My only complaint is that the Oshawa store is quite small and the selection isn't as big as a result.
