★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow, and poor accuracy. I ordered a cheeseburger and spicy chicken. Both took a while and when I sat down found my burger was in fact a second spicy chicken wrapped in a burger wrapper. I didn't bother to get the error fixed. I had been waiting almost 10 minutes and there were 6 other customers behind me. Never coming to this Wendys again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the drive thru at lunch time. Line was super long but it went super fast. They know how to get you through when you only have a half hour for lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you buy something simple here like a JBC they'll give you your order correctly but if you dare buy a full meal, you'll never get it correctly. The last two times I've been here I've ordered a Baconator meal and I've yet to receive a Baconator. Of course, both times I didn't realize until I'm back at the office at which point it's too late to return. The food is the quality you'd expect at Wendy's, the quality control is abysmal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was craving some chicken strips decided to upgrade to a combo and they charged me $8 extra. When I went into the manager to complain, he tried to justify it and then said sorry and offered me $4 back for the fries. What a joke and a rip-off, I'll never come back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After I ordered at the drive through kiosk I had to add another order at the pick up window. They were very understanding and accommodating. The food was all hot fries still crisp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a burger with my girlfriend a while back and the service was amazing! The cashiers were very friendly and nice. Even brought my food to my table when it took a bit longer than expected. The food was perfect.
