★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to say, great food when they're open. The previous owners who owned this, had their location hours on point and was always open during the hours stated and had great customer servicing + very inviting! However, these new owners have not updated their hours for weeks now, and are never open most days which is disappointing. Stopped by this weekend, they were closed in the afternoon while the hours says they're open (both online and hours on front door). What's frustrating is the hours is also posted on their door, and they're still NOT open.. like c'mon! I suggest everyone staying away from here until the hours are properly updated and they actually are open during the times stated on the front door and online. Seems a lot of people are having this issue.
Would also be great if the guys at the counter were inviting than not say anything. First impressions always counts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally know the owner of this franchise who is a very amicable individual. I recently ordered a pizza at this location and there was something wrong with it. The person working there went out of his way to help me and made a new pizza for me without any charge. Their pizza is perhaps one of the best in Edmonton. Keep up the good work!
