★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go here for chicken. It's convenient and has lots of parking space. Everyone in the area comes here for their chicken and it shows. The boys at the counter are always polite and helpful. Even when customers are rude to them the boys just handle the customer's tantrums with professionalism. At such a young age too. And that attracts a lot of customers especially at dinner time.

It was alitte greasy. I think because it didn't have time to drain due to so many orders as the Big Mama is on sale on Monday, so that may have contributed to the rush hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get two sidekick sandwiches and got charged $11.28 which was weird since it is usually cheaper. I didn't think much of it and waited around 15 minutes to get my food kind of a long time but it takes time to fry chicken and it was busy so I understood. My order finally got called and when I went to pick my order up I saw that they gave me two big mary's instead. I told the girl that took my order that I asked for two sidekick sandwiches and she just told me that she was sorry and then walked away. I was stunned that she didn't offer to make another one because it was her that got the order wrong but I decided to be nice and walk out. While I was walking out, I realized that I don't like the mayo or pickles on the big mary's so I went back in. I told the girl this and she simply asked if I wanted her to scrape it off. In fast food places if you get a customers order wrong, you make them a new one, not offer to scrape it off, how unsanitary is that? I kept cool and told her to just refund me and she reluctantly did it. Usually, even at Mcdonalds, they offer something for free, maybe a small fries or a donut but here, nothing. If you want good customer service, do not come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great location. They really pay attention to the details here. The store is kept very clean and they observe all the safety procedures. The staff are very friendly and take your order quickly. The chicken is amazing. And the potato wedges are a welcome change. The two piece meal deal is a great value and you have a great meal. Definitely recommend this location for any fried chicken fans.
