When I called to inquire about it as I wasn't sure who to speak with, the owner (or manager?) was very apologetic and immediately offered to drive the correct order to me herself. Which caught me by surprise as I wasn't expecting her to do so. She was very very kind and I appreciated her phenomenal customer service. Thank You !!

I appreciated how she prioritized responding to me, even though she had a packed schedule and I was making a bit of a last minute response. On the day of, she had everything packed and ready to go, so I was there for less than 5 minutes and, to be honest, there’s no way I won’t work with this branch again in the future. I wouldn’t even have to think about it. The service was excellent!

Can’t use my subway deal because of it first of all. And then I ask for jalapeños on my sandwich, he wants to just put literally 3 pieces of jalepenos, Cheap on avacado spread, cheap on turkey and argue with me that this is enough when I ask him to be a little generous with the sub. He wants me to be generous in return when I told him I’m a Chef for over 20 years of experience in the food trade,. Never coming back to this store, should shut down if they can’t make a Sub. So cheap..... 1 star just for the nice outlet.

When my order was done, she left it on the side and continued the whole process with all of the other food. It took at least 20 minutes to get my food and by then another 6 customers had lined up. When I arrived the sore was empty of customers. The whole system made the process very slow and confusing. I will not revisit this location.
