D	Don Moody on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure what is with some of these reviews, the pricing is much lower than anywhere else, the "final sales signage" is clearly on the front door & desks. As a fulltime handyman, purchasing small quantities of material, I often run into these gorgeous ladies in the pic. These gals are more knowledgeable about tools & materials than ANY Home Depot or Lowes associate I have ever met. I give Alberta Drywall & Succour Supply a BIG TWO THUMBS UP!

The staff knowledge is good. Breena was great to deal with (she is an intelligent business woman), until I ran into an issue. She had zero authority and the owner Blair and manager Bart would not return any of my calls or emails. Their customer service is 0/10. I wish I read reviews on Google before going here - they are true reviews. I've since taken my business elsewhere and pay about 5% more. There's an old saying "You get what you pay for" - and sometimes that comes in the form of customer service and ethics. Happy building!

The 2 boxes are not they don’t auto feed. That means someone had returned them because they are not working but they don’t care they keep it for sale. The lady brought it from inside for me. I know they don’t accept returns but for this I will return it and they have to refund me and apologize. Wasting time
K	Ken Hykawy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Edmonton location on 21 Dec 2021 and spoke with Aaron who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed 24 feet of F-molding to complete my drop ceiling installation. Aaron quickly retrieved what he said were two 12 foot lengths of F-molding, completed an invoice for two 12 foot lengths, and helped me load the pieces in my vehicle. When I went to install the pieces, I discovered they were in fact 10 feet pieces and not the 12 footers I needed or paid for. I called the store and explained to the person who answered my problem. His response was, "10 footers and 12 footers are the same price." When I explained that I needed 12 footers, he responded, "They don't make 12 footers." If they don't make 12 footers, why start by saying they're the same price as 10 footers? When I repeated that my invoice showed that I paid for 12 footers, he bluntly told me to, "Change the 2 to a 0" and hung up on me. Like Maurice Perrault, I give this place a 0 out of 10 for customer service. The employee I spoke with on the phone was rude and condescending. I do not recommend anyone do business with this company.
