Called to ask about a item they didn’t have stock of and was blatantly ignorant. Read the reviews and seems like it’s an ongoing thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No concept of customer service - and I actually went to their store. Also, the highest prices in Canada for the items I was looking for. I called back to a manager to give feedback on my poor experience and got lame excuses. Don’t waste your time here, there’s lots of options for DeWalt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to see if they had a couple cordless tools I was looking and was asked if I was "too lazy to come into the store". I replied stating I live out of town and wanted to make sure they had the tools I was looking for, prior to making the trip. He then said to give him my name and number so "if" he had time he'd look up the tools I wanted. I said don't bother as I refuse to spend money with horrid service like that. I will never shop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called in DeWalt Edmonton. My hammer drill is acting up and still under warranty. The guy never talked about anything which can help me in a rush to send me an authorized DeWalt repair guys so DeWalt Edmonton don't have to do anything!! And repair guys charge for what they fix... First time ever I called in and this is what I get. Garbage costumer service!!! Can't claim warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there a year ago lots of cool items and some good deals worst customer service had in my entire life for tools, was going to purchase a high-end DeWalt tool box stack system purchased it with some other items and was about to walk out of the store until they called me back in and said that it was mislabeled and would be an extra $300 on top of the 500 already spent then got told that I had to accept the refund by this point I was done and did not ever want to come back here again. Really cool place but with such terrible customer service there are many other options available to search and buy for DeWalt products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke. Only reason they got 1 star is because there is no way to give a negative star rating. I went in with the worn out parts for 2 different tools. Both tools are well used and the model numbers are missing or worn off. I even had pictures of the tools along . Because I didn't have model numbers for the tools, they had ZERO interest in helping me. They wouldn't even look at the parts or pics. If this is Dewalts customer service, I won't be buying their tools any more. Lots of other options for tools on the market.
