Depends on the hour you enter they’re staff they often don’t pay attention to help you which can be difficult at times some say they know what they’re doing but they act like they know when a questions been asked they Google it lol..

They are super knowledgeable and helpful and I, as someone who never experienced the hands-on on a total through and through renovation, appreciated that extremely. Great staff and great store!

You literally make thousands and thousands of dollars of myself and my husband and our homesteading business in springtime alone. We will be canceling our 2 home depot cards today and I will never ever step foot in one of your propaganda pushing stores again. Unbelievable.

I have been able to easily communicate with Home depot both phone and in person, Bahar customer service is excellent . she is very helpful and accommodating. I am grateful to him for all her great service and smile she always has on his face. great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of customer service. My husband and I were in the store for over 45 minutes prepared to purchase a barbecue. No one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help or had any questions, and no one was even within the seasonal section working. When I went to look for someone, I truly could not find a single sales associate. The store was very quiet.

Dan from seasonal really provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to provide support in an extremely friendly and professional manner!
