★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to purchase some red minnows for my ducks and to my surprise they are no longer 25 cents per minnow. They are now 49 cents. I'm glad it is the beginning of summer so I can go get free minnows out of the lake!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to store to bring my newfie too. He loves coming here and as soon as we come to the parking lot he knows he gets to say hi to everyone. Fantastic selection for all animals. We have a gecko, ragoll, betta, and our newfie so we spend a lot of time here and it's worth it. Thank you to the very nice staff for being so helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here several times and never spent less than $100 each trip. Shelves are barely stocked, forget about on sale items as they are not available. Staff is scarce so forget about getting any advice for your choices. Not sure I will be back. Disappointing to say the least. BTW let me add, saw several staff all with the same customer and not paying attention to the rest of the store. Was there almost am hour wandering and count not find any help! Not impressed at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my puppy in for the puppy bath and trim. The staff were friendly, but my puppies face looks terrible. I expected a slight trim around her eyes so that she can see, but her face was somewhat shaved and is choppy looking & uneven. Thank goodness hair grows back because we are very unhappy with the way she looks. We will not be going back as this is our second bad experience with pet-smart grooming. The first time being with our previous dog the groomer had clipped the tip of her ear off & she needed medical attention not even half way through her groom. Be cautious when choosing to have your dog groomed here.

The puppy training sessions have also been a great help for us with learning how to train our huge and very lively puppy. Thanks again Leigha! You're awesome! Looking forward to the next few lessons once you're able to start up again.
