★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic! I telephoned a night ahead for a steamer and they would hold one for me. But upon my arrival it turned out to be a double boiler. The cashier quickly went a found me a steamer. She was very helpful to this senior. Thank you ?

I requested a $15 refund but was denied and offered a 30-day in store credit. Like I said; I don't live near any stores so it was kinda useless....like the product they sold me.

The staff is welcoming, friendly and ever so helpful. I've been back to this location a few times and they always have what I'm looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is hands down my favorite store. The deals are great and lots of items to choose from. Any time i don't have the proper utensil, cookware, etc. A quick trip to KSP will meet and exceed my needs as i can't recall a time I've gone here and they haven't had what i needed.
That being said, if you are like me and need all the fancy toys for your kitchen. Then this place can be dangerous for the bank account, lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very nice experience at this store. The people who work here are super friendly and helpful. My wife had a question regarding a wok and a store associate gladly walked her through their product line explaining in details the various aspects of each of the wok. The store had a really nice vibe also the collection is great and although we live farther away we will be making the drive to come to this store always from now on.
