★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cell phone staff, in particular Vee, was amazing. My daughter and I got new phones, this young man provided exceptional customer service, he was pleasant, quick to complete the transaction and very knowledgeable. Thumbs up to Vee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional customer service from a Caucasian gentlemen with very curly hair… Thanks to the cashier for keeping her cool bc the employee helping her was making us feel uncomfortable. Other than that, great service from the cashier. P.S “Colour does matter” (in terms of the product we purchased…)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rebrand to "Worst Experience". Terrible. Avoid. I made an online order for a very expensive TV. I was not provided with a receipt. I called customer services and was told I would not get a receipt and would not be charged until pickup. Credit card was charged. I could not cancel order online. I called customer services and was told I could only cancel at the store (even though I bought online and had not collected), they refused to cancel my order. I was also informed that all stores have their phone lines turned off. So I would have to drive to the store to cancel the order. Welcome to 1989 Best Buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jason at "Geek Squad" was very gracious and helped me with two hard drives. Both wouldn't work for me. He got them both working in minutes and didn't charge me. We have lots of tech in our home and this Best Buy location is where we will go in the future. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location to purchase some wireless Bluetooth headphones. I tried on a pair (there was a display pair) and really liked the fit and price. Asked a sales guy to help find them for me, since they weren't on the shelf. He grabbed me a pair. Paid for them. Got home, opened the package and found out that it wasn't the pair I tried on in the store. Drove back to the store, told the guy at customer service desk about their error, as well as someone in the electronics department about the issue. Know one cares. I'm sure the wrong sticker is still associated with the wrong headphones on display. They should have honored the price for the display model (Live500xb)....or at the least given me some sort of discount towards a new pair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got last minute notice that I was going to be working from home. I went into Best Buy and got assistance from Jordan. He gave me a great recommendation for a monitor, a keyboard and a mouse. He was a pleasure to talk too, he was very knowledgable in all aspects of technology and he was patient as I was making decisions. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed. It's my first day working from home with all of my new things and they are working great! I highly recommend going in and seeing Jordan if you are in the same situation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a new TV last week, a sound bar and subwoofer. There were problems with the TV so we took it back today. The experience couldn't have gone better. Great customer service from every member of the staff who was involved. When I don't get good service I let people know but when I do I let people know as well. Couldn't be happier with Best Buy and will be back for more purchases!
