I would recommend this Bell location to anyone - very friendly and knowledgeable staff who genuinely try to get you the best possible deal. Amit was our sales rep and he did a great job in helping us. The other staff were very kind and helpful as well!

Kenny was very knowledgeable on all the phones and the plans. Even though I haven't decide to switch over to Bell, I would consider it in the future. I was not pushed into buying something I didn't want or need and Kenny was easy going, polite, and thoughtful. I would recommend this Bell location to all my friends and family.

one star isn't even worth it, horrible customer service they only care about their commission they don't even have half the phones in stock and want customer drive to pick it up, what kind of service is that, also manager doest care either seems to only want to make money and only want to upsell, they push you into something you don't even want. very odd answers and I felt like I was forced to buy it. go to corporate store don't trust manager here

The worst store that you can come across, my friends and my family bought phones from this location and it was the worst experience ever. The sales person kept pushing me into something that I did not want to buy and all cause of a certain sales goal that they had to hit. We all came in just to inquire about the service and what was being offered to us as customers. I was pushed into the Manager and then the Manager started his sales pitch, and I felt that we were obligated to buy from that location. When we asked if they had the phone in stock they wanted us to go pick it up from a different location. When asked on why they had no stock, all we were given was vague answers. I do not recommend buying a phone from this location, always do your homework on stores. Oh also one piece of advice, always ask if the store is a corporate owned or an authorized dealer. That makes a huge difference in the service you receive.

A bit expensive for good phones and for great coverage. Decent customer service. Treated me well. Tried other options and came back here.

Worst provider ever. I ask to cancel every service and willing to pay the cancellation fee but after three months, bills has mount up , late notice and have to call to them again to cancell everything and the agent on the phone was so rude and so impatient!the rudest lady on the phone. My credit score was affected just because of their mistakes! Dont be enticed with their free tablet. They dont really explain on how they charge you every month. They Massive cancellation fee if you want to cancell. Bills appear to be late so they can charge you late payment. Worst experience. Worst provider.

Hands down one of the best places I’ve shopped. The staff are polite and knowledgeable, and they really feel like they care about their customers. Many times I’ve walked by and witnessed an employee serving two or three customers at once and providing excellent service, and I was really impressed so I decided to pay the store a visit. I was spending way too much with another phone company and came into bell looking for a cheaper plan. Ashley was able to give me extra gigs of data, a brand new phone, and she was able to lower the monthly bill by a substantial amount!! I have saved a lot of money just by going in and asking if there’s anything they can do. Awesome employees, amazing service 10/10.

Absolutely phenomenal service!!! I went in looking for a new phone with decent plan and I got a new phone which 10x times better than the one im using and a great plan with it too. The woman named Ashley was helping with everything I needed and explained very clearly. I would definitely recommend coming back here whether to get a new phone or to upgrade your current plan.
