★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had service for our office phones from BroadConnect for the past 7 years. Not a year has gone by where we haven't had to endure an entire day or days with spotty to no phone service. Dropped calls, missed called, and poor connections abound. Often Shaw is blamed for the problems. Would never recommend this phone system to anyone aside from our competitors. Don't put your business at risk!
