โ โ โ โ โ I would not use this carrier. When trying to fix my FIRST bill as a new virgin customer and I was disconnected 3 times and spoke with 7 different people all which could not fix a simple problem of adding and subtracting to make the bill make sense. Once that was solved, there was an over charge of $45 that no one could explain. Finally after almost 3 hours on the phone I was able to speak with someone who not only explain the bill but was able to fix the billing error. Again this was my first bill and Iโm not looking forward to the second. Iโm am now looking for a new service provider.

โ โ โ โ โ Have always loved this location! The staff are super accommodating, as well as the service in general. The gentleman that helped us today was very nice, thorough, and patient. We have been with Virgin before, then went to dreaded Rogers and regretted it ever since. Glad to be back with Virgin.

โ โ โ โ โ Christian was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting my wife upgrading to new cell phone. He even helped with the backup of some programs so history was not list. Great service and friendly gentleman.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a wonderful experience at the Source in the Oshawa Centre when I went to upgrade my cell. Christian was helpful, courteous and very patient. I got the S21 and headphones and Christian was not hard selling or pressuring me in any way. I will steer any friends and family wanting to upgrade to him at the OC

โ โ โ โ โ First of all let me say that I pre- gamed my purchase by calling ahead and I wasnโt disappointed. Nilandan had the phone I wanted at the price I needed!
Drove to the booth and meet both Nilandan and Kyle.
Canโt explain how helpful they are. Lots of laughs and good vibes. These two guys are definitely exemplifying what the Virgin brand is all about. Richard Brandson would be proud.

She also has alot of product knowledge and was able to set up internet AND save us money! If I could rate her higher I would. Thanks Ashley and if anyone important reads this get this woman a raise.

I was just getting a plan for my husband but ended up switching my service to Virgin mobile as well! The agent was amazing and I 100% recommend anyone to go see him as he would give them the best deal to what Thier needs are! Thank you Abdul
